CAD MANAGER / PROJECT ARCHITECT
A professional degree in architecture; prior experience as a CAD Manager for an architectural firm with at least 15 employees, AutoCAD, PhotoShop and MS Office proficiency; Revit experience preferred; positive work ethic and professional references required. We offer a competitive salary based on the dual role of CAD Manager and Project Architect, full benefits, 401K plan and profit sharing; salary DOE.
This is a new position. The candidate will spend approximately 12 hours per week managing hardware and software while the balance of the week will be related to project specific work activities determined by candidate’s professional experience.
PROJECT ARCHITECT
Recent experience with commercial and retail projects; Type I and II construction in a team setting of two to four design professionals. Proven experience in design development and construction documentation phases. Architectural degree, five to ten years experience, AutoCAD 2005, PhotoShop and MS Office proficiency, positive work ethic, and professional references required. Salary commensurate with experience.
