This 1,200,000 square foot complex features a high-rise office tower, Hyatt Regency hotel, full service fitness club, six-story commercial building and five levels of below grade parking. In 2006 a unique addition transformed the existing complex into a state-of-the-art facility combining business and hospitality services. A new porte cochere, with direct access to the Wintergarden, has become the dynamic core of the entire super block project with the relocated hotel registration lobby, lounge and restaurants.
