This addition to award-winning Bellevue Square breaks down the barriers that commonly serve to isolate interior retail space from the exterior streetscape. By adding oversized display windows, restaurants, an atrium entry and staggering storefront canopies along newly widened sidewalks, the project resembles the upscale retail area on Chicago’s Michigan Avenue.
